Founders & directors
Pablo de Queiroz and Silvina Igova
Together Pablo and Silvina run the Dancing School Salsamás Munich. The dancing school was founded by Pablo de Queiroz in October 2006. The studios are located in Munich's Maxvorstadt district and in Pasing. Pablo and Silvina teach together with their team Salsa in many different levels and also many other dancing styles with much effort, excitement and engagement. Today, the dancing studio Salsamás is one of the most innovative dancing schools in Munich.
Pablo de Queiroz and Silvina Igova are nationwide welcome guests to salsa congresses, various festivals and events. In the year 2011 they were second at the German Salsa Championship in Ludwigsburg. Silvina has already danced very intensely during her childhood in Bulgaria and discovered her love for salsa and especially for the stage six years ago with Pablo. Native Brazilian, Pablo has been living in Germany since 1998. Shortly after moving to Germany, he discovered his passion for dancing that characterizes his personality until today. The shows of Pablo and Silvina fascinate with their unique musical interpretation and energetic execution. The choreographies are created by Pablo and never fail to impress with artistic genius and dance-like precision - pure genuine passion for dancing.

Today they teach our beginner courses and impress audiences with great shows at parties and special events in Munich and the surrounding area.
Gaby
Gaby is an experienced dancer who has been dancing for more than 20 years – not only Salsa and Bachata, but many different dance styles. She has already performed on stage in numerous show projects.

She completed her teacher training at Salsamás and has been teaching Salsa and Bachata with us ever since.
Leonie and Sarah
Leonie and Sarah have always loved dancing. After a holiday in Cuba they were determined to learn Salsa – Bachata and Kizomba soon followed, and eventually they discovered their passion for Bachata Sensual, which they deepened in Spain with well-known professionals.
Since 2019 the two have been teaching Salsa, Bachata and Kizomba at Salsamás – with lots of joy, passion and warmth. A bailar! :)
Lisa
Music and dance have been part of Lisa's life since childhood. At 16 she started partner dancing, and at 18 she discovered Salsa.
She is at home in both L.A. Style and Rueda de Casino and dances both roles – as leader and as follower. She regularly attends national and international festivals and workshops to keep developing.
Lisa has been part of the Salsamás teaching team since 2025.
Loc
Loc is a familiar face in Munich's Bachata scene. At Salsamás he took several classes up to advanced level and also trained in and around Munich as well as at national and international festivals.
He also completed his teacher training at Salsamás. Since then he has been teaching several Bachata classes with us and passes on his enthusiasm for Bachata to his students.
Madison and Simon
Madison and Simon teamed up in 2018 to share their passion for Kizomba. In workshops and weekly classes they pass on their joy of Kizomba and train technically skilled, versatile dancers.
They completed their teacher training with, among others, Paula and Ricardo (AfroLatin Connection), Eddy Vents, Vanessa Ginga Pura, Lucia Nogueira and Mestre Petchu.
Moises

His motto: “You don’t need talent to learn salsa – even with two left feet you can do it. You just have to want it and invest a little time. Everyone can learn to dance!”
Rozenn
Rozenn has always loved sports – from tennis and martial arts to swimming, riding, skiing and volleyball. As a mechanical engineer, dancing was not the most obvious step for the French-born dancer, but in 2011 she joined Rueda de Casino at Salsamás – a real game changer.
She completed all classes up to advanced level, danced in the choreography group from 2014 and later with the ladies. She has been part of the team since 2021.
