Salsa Intermediate 1

The focus at this level is on improving turning technique for both women and men (double turns), refining leading for men, expanding basic steps, and providing styling tips for women. The steps become significantly longer and more complex compared to the Salsa Beginner 3 course. Six months is the recommended duration – new steps and combinations are constantly being introduced. The content is essential for successfully building your individual salsa repertoire. A certain level of confidence in the basics and an understanding of salsa music are required for this course. Participation is possible with or without a dance partner – we can arrange substitute dancers if needed. Missed classes can be made up with sufficient notice.
